What internal checks do we conduct before successfully delivering a piece of equipment?

DEPACK has earned high praise from customers and built its reputation through superior product quality. We deeply understand that what we deliver to our customers is not just machines, but also their trust. To ensure that each piece of equipment meets our customers' production efficiency and product quality requirements, we conduct a series of rigorous factory inspections before delivery. Taking our printing presses as an example, we conduct tests in four major areas, including the stability of the electrical system, the functionality of the equipment operation, and tests simulating production environments. The electrical components alone undergo more than 100 hours of testing before the entire machine is shipped. Let me now reveal to you the layers of checks our equipment undergoes before packaging and loading.

Mechanical Component Inspection

Before powering on the equipment, we conduct a comprehensive inspection.

● Check that all transmission components of the printing press are well lubricated and free from abnormal wear or looseness.

● Confirm that the surfaces of core components such as the impression cylinder and plate cylinder are flat and free from scratches or dents.

● Check that the tension control system is sensitive and ensures stable material transmission.

Electrical System Testing

We verify each electrical and safety device of the equipment.

● Test whether the motor operates normally and whether each electrical component works properly. 

● Test safety devices such as the emergency stop button and safety light curtain to ensure immediate shutdown in case of malfunction.

Equipment Operation Test

We will adjust the equipment to production status and conduct continuous trial printing on corrugated cardboard.

Paper Feed Calibration: Test the leading edge paper feeding system's ability to overcome stress to ensure smooth and accurate feeding.

Color Registration Accuracy Test: Use registration marks to test the registration accuracy during multi-color printing, and correct errors by fine-tuning the position or phase of the plate cylinder.

Ink Distributing Test: Print full-page color blocks and check for color differences between the left and right sides, observing the stability of the ink supply system.

Slotting and Die-Cutting Accuracy Test: Randomly select cardboard from continuous production and measure the dimensional accuracy of the slotting and the depth of the die-cutting blade, ensuring clean and burr-free die-cutting.

Cleaning and Maintenance

After all internal tests are passed, we will restore the equipment to its delivery condition.

● Remove any residual paper scraps, ink, and dust from the trial run.

● Lock in the parameters that were adjusted to their optimal state during testing and mark them clearly.

We believe that delivery is not the end, but the beginning of cooperation. When you see this machine, it has already printed thousands of qualified cardboard sheets in our workshop beforehand, which is the greatest confidence we have in delivering it to you.
