Corrugated Board Production Line Complete Workflow & Process Introduction
Our integrated corrugated board production line features a complete 12-step standard workflow. Starting from raw kraft paper roll feeding, the line includes roll stand, auto splicer, pre heater, single facer, bridge conveyor, multi-layer pre heater, gluing machine, double facer, thin blade slitter scorer, NC spiral knife cut-off machine and stacker. Every equipment works collaboratively to finish corrugating, gluing, heating, slitting, cross-cutting and automatic stacking. Strict control on each procedure guarantees uninterrupted high-efficiency operation, capable of producing 3-layer, 5-layer and 7-layer corrugated boards with stable finished board quality.

Complete Corrugator Line Section Introduction
Each paper rack is equipped with two paper loading carts, allowing for simultaneous loading from both sides. Electric or hydraulic supports are available upon request.
Each roller surface is precision ground, lapped, and hard-chrome plated for low friction and durability.The wrap angle is electrically adjustable and rotates 360° to adjust the heating area for the paper.
Adopting negative pressure design, it has low heat loss, enabling the core paper to be uniformly compressed and adhered to the surface of the corrugating roller, resulting in better corrugation formation. Due to the uniform pressure, the top of the corrugation can be better and evenly coated with glue, making the single-sided corrugated paper bonding condition better.
After the surface of the adhesive roller is quenched, the inner hole is processed, the dynamic balance surface is finely ground and engraved with 32-line recessed mesh pattern. The adhesive is applied evenly, and the amount of adhesive used is small.
The main frame is made of high-strength national standard profiles, with a firm structure, a beautiful appearance, and is suitable for high-speed operation. The surface of the driving roller is covered with wear-resistant rubber and has medium and high levels, ensuring the flat output of the paperboard.
Thin tungsten steel alloy blades are used, offering a sharp edge and a service life exceeding 8 million linear meters. ★ The knife sharpening is computer-controlled and can be performed automatically or manually. It can be sharpened while cutting, improving production efficiency.
It can store 200 sets of orders, allowing quick and accurate changes in paper cutting specifications without stopping the machine. It also supports computer networking for convenient production management.
The main framework of this part is constructed by connecting channel steel, I-beam steel, angle steel, etc.On both sides, there are safety guardrails and safety ladder steps. The operation surface is equipped with a safety escalator to ensure the safety of the operators and facilitate the operation.
The stacking system automatically counts, aligns, and forms corrugated sheets into stable bundles, ensuring smooth continuous production, efficient downstream handling, and consistent finished board quality.
Supplies starch adhesive for single-face corrugated paper machines, double-coating machines, and other glue-using equipment.
