    Product Description

    Available in two model-1450G and 1650G, Maximum processing dimensions are 1450×1250 mm and 1650×1450 mm, respectively, with a minimum sheet size of 400×400 mm, It can adapt to the production of various-sized packaged products. The equipment supports 150-800 g/m² paper gluing, and is compatible with 0.5–10 mm thickness corrugated paper, applicable to various types of fluting structures such as B, A, AB and E.


    Equipment can achieve a corrugated paper alignment accuracy of ≤ 1 mm and a surface paper alignment accuracy of ≤ 0.5 mm, effectively ensuring the accuracy of paper alignment and the bonding quality of the finished paperboard. Production speed can reach 9000 - 12000 sheets per hour, meeting the requirements of high-efficiency continuous production. The large-capacity paper feeding system supports a paper stack height of 1800 mm and a paper height on the bottom sheet of 400mm.
