Adopts dual servo drive design for outstanding positioning precision, with fewer mechanical transmission components to effectively lower equipment failure rates. Featuring touchscreen control, the machine allows quick and easy modification of parameters including stitching pitch, nail quantity and rear stopper position. It supports both single and double stitching modes with a wide maximum paper feeding width; mode switching is effortless to meet customers' diverse stitching specifications. Replacing carton dimensions and adjusting stitching pitch takes less than one minute, greatly cutting downtime and simplifying operation. Besides, the front feed section is equipped with an automatic counting system, and an optical sensor installed on the feeding platform enables automatic platform lifting during cardboard feeding.

Feeding Unit
The feeding table can be manually lifted or lowered via control buttons and stops automatically once reaching the preset height limit. Equipped with detecting sensors, it rises automatically following cardboard feeding to facilitate operators' daily work.
Stitching Unit
The base plate is electrically adjustable with a wear-resistant tungsten steel bracket for extended service life. Different stitching styles can be achieved by adjusting the base plate. It supports multiple nail head combinations and fits various flat stitching wires, equipped with an automatic counting function.
