    The paper feeding system utilizes advanced German leading-edge feeding technology, and the paper feeding roller shaft is made of bearing steel. The control panel features a 7-inch color touchscreen HMI, enabling communication and operation between the paper feeding, printing, slotting, and die-cutting departments. It can control and display current operating phase, overall machine speed, counting stop for order change, plate lifting delay, constant speed adjustment of the adsorption fan and dust removal fan, alignment time, continuous operation, and sheet spacing settings, among others. Adjustments are quick, and operation is safe and easy.

    All printing rollers (including the φ410 printing plate) undergo dynamic balancing. Made of steel plate, with surface grinding and dynamic balancing, they operate smoothly and are suitable for high-speed operation.

    The slotting department's electrical operation utilizes a touchscreen-controlled PLC programming automation system. Based on the order data (length * width * height) of the paper products, the computer system automatically schedules the slotting to the required position with a single button press. Manual fine-tuning of the slotting position is also possible according to customer needs. The color human-machine interface features menu storage and automatic compensation and correction of shift distance. The shifting motor uses a frequency converter-controlled Delta Motor drive unit from Taiwan. The servo motor speed is adjusted according to the distance, allowing for synchronous adjustment of the four blades, significantly saving blade adjustment time and improving work efficiency.

    The die-cutting unit is equipped with a single servo-tracking independent motor drive. The advantage is that the torque resistance of the die-cutting unit is not transmitted to the printing unit, thus preventing any impact on print quality and precision.
