A: Extremely stable! All the machine's wall panels and transmission gears are thickened to 60mm, and the wall panels are made of HT250 cast iron precision-machined in a CNC machining center, resulting in extremely high rigidity and no resonance. The transmission gears use high-quality 20CrMnTi alloy steel, which undergoes carburizing, quenching, and grinding treatment (hardness HRC58-62), and with keyless connecting rings, there is absolutely no mechanical backlash even under high torque. Even at the highest speed of $250 sheets/minute, the multi-color printing error is kept firmly within $0.5 mm.

Q2:What is "Lower Adsorption Full-Process Vacuum Paper Feeding"? What are its benefits to printing quality?
A: This is a core technology of our machine. After the cardboard enters the printing unit, the entire conveying process is tightly held in place by a vacuum suction box, and the surface of the paper feed rollers is coated with an ultra-wear-resistant ceramic material. This "full-process suction" eliminates the need for traditional pressure box rollers to press the cardboard firmly. Even when processing full-page printing, large-area patterns, or high-end color boxes, there will be absolutely no cardboard misalignment, ink scratches, or corrugation collapse. The printed patterns are extremely exquisite and clear.

Q3: What are the advantages of your standard ceramic anilox roller and "closed double doctor blade system"?
A: We use Guangdong Kerou's fully enclosed double doctor blade system and high-line-count ceramic anilox rollers (200-650 lines/inch optional). The cavity is coated with a Teflon anti-corrosion and anti-stick coating, and the fluid dynamics design is excellent, resulting in extremely uniform ink application. Most importantly, it is truly "fully enclosed," preventing the solvent in the ink from evaporating easily. This not only protects the environment and improves the workshop environment but also saves a significant amount of ink during each machine cleaning and ink change.

Q4: How long does it take to change orders with this machine? Is it cost-effective for factories with small batches and frequent orders?
A: This is a very intelligent mechatronics machine. The slotting unit uses a PLC computer-controlled knife system. When changing orders, simply input the carton's "length x width x height" on the 10-inch touchscreen, and the four blades will automatically move horizontally and synchronize into position with a single click. It also features automatic encoder zeroing and plate-wiping position memory functions. After washing or wiping the plate, it automatically resets with a single click. Usually, feeding two test sheets is enough to align the dimensions and start normal production, greatly saving time and paper.

Q5: Can this machine smoothly feed severely warped, deformed, or very thin cardboard?
A: Absolutely no problem. The machine is equipped with an advanced German-technology leading-edge pressure-free paper feeding system, relying on an 11kW high-power variable frequency suction fan and a flat vacuum suction roller for paper feeding. You can adjust the airflow in segments on the touchscreen according to the degree of curvature and size of the cardboard. From 3mm thin cardboard (such as E-flute mini boxes) to 12mm thick cardboard, even warped and low-quality cardboard, it can be precisely fed without causing secondary compression damage to the corrugated board.

Q6: I see in the configuration list that "the die-cutting unit is equipped with an independent servo motor drive." What are the benefits of this upgrade?
A: This is a hallmark of high-end equipment. The resistance and vibration generated when die-cutting cartons are very large. If a main motor is shared, the vibration will be directly transmitted back to the printing unit, causing printing misalignment. We have made the die-cutting unit a single independent servo motor drive, which absorbs the huge resistance within the die-cutting unit and will not interfere with the printing accuracy of the front end, fundamentally ensuring the printing quality of high-end color boxes.

Q7: The urethane pads in rotary die-cutting are prone to wear. Do you have any cost-effective lifespan extension solutions?
A: We have designed a double cost-saving guarantee for you. First, the rubber pad roller is equipped with a 50mm mechanical left-right (axial up-and-down) movement device and a speed difference compensation system, so that the cutter cuts at different positions on the rubber pad each time, making the wear extremely uniform. Second, the machine comes with an electric grinding automatic repair device. When the surface of the rubber pad is worn, it can be directly ground flat on the machine. After repeated repairs, the performance is still the same as new, which can extend the service life of the high-quality imported German Depair rubber pads by several times.

Q8: This machine runs so fast, how is worker safety ensured?
A: Safety is our top priority. The machine has main motor start protection: the main motor will not start unless all units are fully locked and closed with cylinders. In addition, each unit is equipped with an emergency stop switch, and each unit's electric clutch will continuously sound an alarm when moving. An electronic monitoring camera is even installed in front of the main unit, allowing operators to observe the paper feeding section at any time from the main control panel, ensuring no blind spots or safety hazards.

A: We have extensive experience in packaging and transportation. After disassembly, the entire machine can be packed in one 40HQ (high cube) container + one 20GP (flat container). Payment is typically 30% prepayment, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. We can complete high-standard manufacturing and arrange delivery within 100 days of receiving the initial payment.
