Why is the printing image blurry or lacking sharpness?
A: This issue is usually caused by one or more of the following factors:
• Incorrect ink viscosity for water-based ink
• Loose or worn printing plates
• Insufficient pressure between the anilox roller and the rubber roller
Solution:
Adjust the ink formulation to maintain proper viscosity, tighten the printing plate or replace it if excessive wear is found, and fine-tune the anilox-to-rubber roller pressure to ensure even ink transfer.
Note: Avoid ink that is too thin or too thick, as both will affect print clarity.
