Why does the machine have feeding problems or frequent paper jams?

2026-02-06

A: This is often caused by:
• Corrugated sheets stacked unevenly on the feeding table
• Incorrect front stop height setting relative to board thickness
• Improper guide wheel position or insufficient pressure
• Dust, debris, or waste paper blocking the feeding path

Solution:
Keep sheets neatly aligned, adjust the front stop height to approximately 1.5 times the board thickness, reset the guide wheel position and pressure, and clean the feeding section thoroughly.
Note: Keeping the feeding path clean is essential for stable high-speed operation.
