Work Process
Core Module Introduction
The 2800 semi-auto folder gluer features a heavy‑duty feeding unit, precision pre-folding mechanism, high-accuracy gluing system, reinforced pressing section and intelligent counting & stacking module. The feeding part adopts vacuum suction and servo drive, stably conveying 3/5 ply corrugated boards up to 2800mm width with photoelectric positioning. The pre-folding unit uses independent servo motors for 180° left-side and 135° third-crease folding, ensuring accurate flap alignment. The gluing system uses stainless steel glue wheels or spray valves, with adjustable glue volume and clean cut-off, compatible with white latex or starch glue. The reinforced pressing section applies even pressure via heavy-duty rubber rollers and synchronous belts, ensuring firm adhesion. Equipped with PLC and touch-screen control, the machine supports quick size change, automatic counting and neat stacking, delivering stable performance for medium-batch production of RSC and heavy-duty cartons.
