Paper Feeding Unit
Vacuum suction feeding with variable frequency speed regulation ensures stable, misalignment-free board conveying, suitable for corrugated boards of different +thicknesses.
Folding and Gluing Unit
Imported wear-resistant rubber belts are used for board conveying, ensuring longer service life. Equipped with board alignment devices and creasing units, with adjustable creasing wheels for precise control.
Counting and Stacking Unit
The counting and stacking mechanism features a simple and reliable design. The stacking section is equipped with an electrically controlled transverse movement system, ensuring stable output of cartons with large offset flaps. All adjustments are motorized for simple operation; one-click order switching supports the production of multi-specification cartons.
PP Strapping Unit
This strapping unit is an integrated end-of-line module for automatic folder gluers, designed to receive, square, compress, and strap stacked glued cartons with PP/PE straps. It eliminates manual handling, stabilizes bundles, and improves downstream logistics efficiency.
