Feeding Unit

This is a manual loading + servo-driven feeding unit designed for corrugated board.Operators place folded carton blanks onto the worktable and align them against the positioning guide. After positioning, step on the foot switch to activate the servo system. The servo motor precisely drives the rubber feed rollers to pull the board forward stably.

The servo control ensures constant feeding speed and accurate feeding length, effectively avoiding board deviation, skewing and misalignment. Feeding speed and stroke can be adjusted via the touch screen according to carton size and production requirements.

Stitching Unit

Matched with the servo feeding system, this stitching unit adopts servo power for nail driving. It completes automatic carton stitching synchronously with board feeding.

It supports adjustable stitch distance, nail quantity and stitching frequency. The stitching head runs stably with firm nail connection, no loose nails, missing nails or broken nails. Standard galvanized carton nails are applicable.
