Functions and features
Paper Feeding Unit
Large-size pulley provides high output torque; vacuum suction feeding ensures superior feeding accuracy. Side baffles adopt linear guide rollers for ultra-smooth running performance.
Folding Unit
New-type high-friction timing belts are configured on folding section. Compared with standard timing belts, they deliver superior surface friction to eliminate cardboard slipping and guarantee consistent feeding precision.
Stitching Unit
This unit adopts servo drive technology for faster and more efficient stitching, with single or double stitching available as options. Built-in integrated wire straightening and cutting structure; an automatic alarm triggers for wire shortage or missed stitching faults. The stitching head supports height adjustment to fit 3~7 ply corrugated boards.
Counting&Stacking Unit
Equipped with servo differential mechanism, dual servo motors control rotational speed of respective pulleys, correcting irregular scissor-cut opening of carton laps efficiently.

Q1: What thickness of corrugated cardboard can your full-auto stitcher process?
A: It works for 3-ply, 5-ply and 7-ply corrugated board, adjustable stitching head height covers all above specifications.

A: Servo-driven stitching head; single stitching and double stitching are two optional working modes.

A: No. The machine is equipped with a servo differential unit. Dual servo motors independently adjust the rotating speed of two pulleys to dynamically calibrate lap position, effectively eliminating scissor gap during production.
