 The gear is made of high quality alloy steel, quenched and tempered carburizing grinding processing to achieve HRC58-60 . hardness.
The spiral knife shaft gear is directly connected to the servo motor for transmission.
The paper feeding side is driven by a frequency conversion motor and synchronous
belt. The paper feeding meter wheel presses the surface of the wire mesh with tungsten carbide coating, which can be used for 30 million meters without wear.
The frequency conversion motor on the paper output side is coupled with synchronous belt transmission, which can independently adjust the paper output speed parameter     ratio.
Automatic circulating spray lubrication, the oil pump + filter is distributed with purple copper tube to each gear transmission part for oil spraying lubrication and cooling.
The whole system is designed according to C.E standard and has been tested by strict industrial grade computer to ensure quality, life and stability.
The system has automatic detection function to prevent the loss of equipment caused by abnormal use and operation negligence.
The computer can automatically adjust the paper cutting acceleration according to the   cardboard specification and production speed; automatically track the running speed of the cardboard, keep synchronous.
The computer can store up to 999 orders and automatically complete them in sequence or according to priority conditions. The screen displays various production information.
The system features remote network online control function, fault diagnosis and parameter modification.
