Feeding
Open-top manual feeding allows smooth, unobstructed material loading.
Compression
The machine is equipped with an integrated hydraulic joystick: push the lever upward to raise the compression ram, and push it downward to lower the ram for material compacting. The control operation is intuitive and hassle-free. Calculated based on the compression density of waste paper, plastic and other materials, each finished bale weighs approximately 150 kilograms.
Strapping
After the materials are fully compacted and shaped, open the chamber door and thread strapping ropes to bind the bale. Once binding is finished, the machine will automatically eject the bale. The entire workflow is easy to master, and a single operator can complete all operations independently.
