Product Details
The paper feeding stroke is controlled by a servo and is easy to adjust (touchscreen settings). The paper feeding stroke can be maximized. When paper feeding starts, the contact method is the entire wheel surface contact, which ensures stable paper feeding.
Printing phase adjustment: Planetary gear structure, printing roller equipped with an automatic zeroing device, controlled by PLC and a 10-inch touch screen. Click to enter the printing roller phase adjustment interface. Features include automatic zeroing, automatic printing plate (plate erasure memory), and preset printing plate position.
Infrared drying and ceramic roller paper feeding reduce errors during paperboard transport, ensure printing accuracy, and allow sufficient time for ink to dry, thereby improving print quality and prevent ink from bleeding.
Double-blade trimming knife with a sharp cutting edge, a large displacement mechanism for the central blade, and a trimming and cutting device, making it highly adaptable to various production needs. The spring-loaded double-blade trimming knife provides a smooth trimming finish and saves costs.
The die-cut section is equipped with a single group of servo tracking independent motor drive. The advantage is that the torque resistance of the die-cutting group is not transmitted to the printing unit, thus affecting the printing quality and accuracy.
