Stable Feeding for Continuous Production
A stable feeding system is the starting point of an efficient corrugated box production line.
1.Each shaft of the leading edge feeder is independently driven by a servo motor, ensuring stable and reliable sheet feeding even when handling warped or bowed corrugated sheets.
2.Equipped with a large side lay, ensuring precise sheet alignment for accurate feeding and consistent box dimensions.
3.A non-crush feeding system is available as an optional configuration. The corrugated sheet is fed without being compressed by the feed rollers, resulting in zero flute damage and improved flat crush strength.
Consistent Printing for Corrugated Boxes
1.Vacuum suction feeding is adopted for stable and reliable sheet transfer. The surface of the feed rollers is ceramic-coated to enhance wear resistance and extend service life.
2.Printing phase adjustment is controlled by Siemens servo motors, ensuring precise and stable positioning.
3.The anilox rollers and rubber rollers feature a quick-change design, making roller replacement faster and more convenient.
4.Each printing unit is equipped with a monitoring function, allowing operators to monitor sheet feeding and transfer status directly from the central control computer.
Depending on the budget, both fixed and movable machine configurations are available.The fixed configuration supports non-stop job changeovers. During production, the printing rollers of unused printing units can be automatically raised, allowing operators to prepare the next order while the machine continues running. This significantly reduces changeover time and improves overall production efficiency.

1. Independent Servo-Driven Die-Cutting Unit
The die-cutting unit is independently servo-driven, effectively isolating die-cutting vibration from the upstream printing and slotting units. This ensures smoother overall machine operation, more stable printing quality, and consistent production performance even at high speeds.
2. ±15 mm Anvil Roll Oscillation for Longer Anvil Cover Life
During production, the anvil roll automatically moves laterally by ±15 mm, distributing cutting wear across the anvil cover instead of repeatedly cutting in the same position. This helps extend anvil cover life, maintain balanced die-cutting pressure, and reduce operating costs.
3. Siemens Servo + Automatic Die Resurfacing for Consistent Die-Cutting
The die-cutting phase is controlled by a Siemens servo system for fast and precise adjustment. An independent variable-frequency motor provides ±3.5 mm anvil roll compensation according to board width, while the automatic die resurfacing device allows adjustable resurfacing depth. Together, these features help maintain stable die-cutting quality and reduce downtime caused by manual adjustment and die maintenance.
Synchronized Folding for Consistent Carton Forming
A brand-new high-speed flexo folder gluer line, with a maximum production speed of 350 sheets/minute.
1. Equipped with an American VALCO glue application system, featuring simple maintenance and servicing.
2. The main conveyor belt adopts a high-end brand, with minimal deformation during long-term use.
3. The folding section is equipped with a multi-angle adjustable concave-wheel box folding and forming system, ensuring cartons are neatly formed with accurate dimensions.
